- All orders will ship either first class or priority.
- Orders will be processed + shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving

- We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $99 within the continental United States!
- You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
- Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
- There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS delays that are beyond our control!
If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional rate (rate will depend on zip code) will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
LOCAL PICKUP INFO:
- If you are in the Gastonia, NC 28054 (and surrounding area), you can pickup your online order.
- In order to pickup your order and to avoid shipping charges, you'll need to select store pickup at checkout
- We will send you a notification via email or text as soon as your order is ready to be picked up! Please do not come to pick up your order until you have a received a notification stating that it's ready.
We are not liable for situations out of our control, such as packages that are lost in transit, delayed delivery time, stolen packages, etc. If your tracking/delivery confirmation email shows that the package was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
